Ernest Anokye-Gyan
Ernest is very dynamic vast experience in the service and hospitality sector. Ernest started his career with ISSS Cleaning, then hospitality lead with De Vere venues before moving into IT Services with MG Group. He later joined Mitie working across a variety of roles including projects, operations, business development.
Having succeeded in turning running a turning a difficulty strategic account into profit and customer satisfactory account Ernest Joined Mindset group to set up and run the cleaning division.
I am adaptable operator with high energy initiative and focus, takes keen insight into the needs and views of clients and staff alike, integrity and personal ethics are at the forefront of all his decisions and actions.
Edwin Chiy
Edwin Chiy (@EdwinChiy) owns a unique personality and he is passionate about developmental challenges and strives to provide solutions to mitigate them with particular attention to the environment, gender equality and diversity. His expertise spans around the field of Political Science and International Development. He has past experience as a Research Assistant and a Social Justice Partner under De Jure Chambers International. Edwin is the Founder of Mindset Global Foundation Cameroon, His big drive has always been to empower individuals and organisations to improve the quality of service/goods rendered to the community. He has both a commercial and humanitarian approach to problem solving
Arnie Chiy
Arnie has a unique background blending a career with the Royal Air Force with qualifications in Leadership and Management, Accounting and Finance, Life Coaching and a burning passion for wellbeing and performance.
It is his knowledge, warmth, empathy and results-driven approach that brings employee wellbeing into the heart of Mindset, growth and performance. He is full of enthusiasm and energy to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention across all levels of the organisation. Sport is a huge part of his life and he actively play football and squash.
Clement Tala
Clement is a founding partner of Mindset. with an Executive MBA in Operations and Strategy, He drives our business ethos. Clement brings with him over 12 years at senior Management and Director level. His passion and drive ensures that Mindset ethos of Customer Obsession is at the forefront of everything we do.
